Shape Display offers a refined selection of exhibition stands, supporting products and printed graphics.
Shape Display offer –
A standard service of 3 days production turnaround. If you require a faster turnaround, please get in touch at the time of placing your order.
We offer next-day or 2-3-day delivery options for your orders.
This applies for up to 3-5 stands ordered, depending on the product (unless specified), and your order is placed with artwork sent to us before 3pm on the day of ordering.
Orders made after 3pm, on a weekend or bank holiday, will be processed as part of the next working day.
Please see specific product pages for accurate delivery times.
Delivery times apply to mainland UK addresses.
Multiple orders can take longer to produce.
Once your delivery has been dispatched, you can check the status of your delivery directly with our courier partners using the reference number we’ll provide.
Whilst Shape Display will look at the supplied artwork to check sizes are correct, and give an overview and opinion if an image appears to be low-resolution, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check artwork before supplying it to Shape Display.
Once sent, Shape Display is ultimately not liable for any errors with artwork such as spelling mistakes, poor quality imagery, inappropriate content, sizing, etc. In this instance, the customer is not entitled to a refund and would need to unfortunately reorder new graphics. We recommend taking your time to ensure all artwork is correct to any spec or guidance provided on the Shape Display website.
Due to the custom-made and bespoke nature of most of our products, Shape Display do not offer a return or refund unless there has been a fault in the production process or with the stand hardware itself.
Some of our products carry a limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects, and any faulty goods will be repaired or replaced as appropriate
We do require you to please let us know within 14 days, along with a written explanation as to the reason for the return of a faulty product. And unfortunatly no responsibility for a fault will be considered by Shape Display unless a written order was originally supplied. Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
If your stand arrives to you damaged, please do the following –
1. If possible, refuse to accept the damaged package at the time of delivery from the courier. We use UPS, a hugely reputable and respected dispatch partner.
2. Take photos of the damaged package and stand.
3. Let us know via email with any supporting evidence that you can.
Most, if not all of the roller banner stands are extremely simple and quick to put up and assemble. They are simply a graphic that rolls out from the case and a bungee pole that pulls out from the base whereby both a fitted together and away you go. A nice tip is to slot the pole into the base, pull out the graphic, leaning the stand away from you, which by the wonder of physics, gives you a useful angle to easily attach the pole into the graphic’s rail. For the wider roller banners it may be helpful to enlist the help of a colleague so attach both of the poles (if there are two) as you erect the stand.
And while pop-up stands are made up of more than one panel, they are still very simple to assemble. Just affix the magnetic bars to the stand, they are usually self-finding due to the magnet technology and then start at the top by hooking the graphic header to the stand and rolling the panel down. The edges will align themselves to the magnetic bars as they go. And barring a little adjustment, it should be as easy as that.
Most products have assembly videos on their pages for you to watch prior to making your decision.
Despite our trying to make the process of choosing an exhibition stand as pain-free as possible for you with our select curated list of products, we do recognise that you still might need some help.
By all means, send us an email to info@shapedisplay.com with your questions. Please give us a little background regarding your space and dilemma, and we’ll offer some advice about what could work for you and your needs.
Once we receive your order and you have your confirmation email, the job goes into our production queue. Artwork is downloaded, checked, and assuming everything is good-to-go, we prepare the print-ready files for production of your stand and graphic. You can assume everything is okay with your order unless we contact you with any questions about things that we are not aware of through your order spec, artwork, instructions or additional correspondence. The next step with be an email that says the job is ready, followed by a dispatch confirmation with the shipping details.

We will ensure you have a replacement stand delivered to you as soon as possible. Every package leaves the Shape Display production studio in perfect shape (pun intended), so leave it with us to take up any grievance with our courier partner.
If you realise you have sent us incorrect artwork please let us know ASAP. We do put jobs into production quite quickly, so time is of the essence. We can’t promise we will be able to replace the incorrect artwork with the newly supplied correct one, but if you have notified us in time, we’ll help if possible.
If you do miss the opportunity to notify Shape before the order has gone into production, unfortunately, the only way to rectify this would be to order a replacement graphic for your product, where possible. Please note that some stands cannot have replacement graphics and would need to be supplied fully. We can advise about production and turnaround times during this communication.
We ask you to please double-check artwork is correct and signed off before uploading it at the order stage. The last thing we want to happen is for there to be a delay on your order, or for it to cost you any more.
All print is produced in-house in the UK. Hardware is generally manufactured in Europe and collated and distributed from, and within the UK.
Yes, we do. All our production is done in the UK at two London sites. That means we have double the capacity to produce graphics and supply stands for you. We find it also gives us easy access to London and the rest of the UK, as well as Heathrow, for international deliveries.
Each stand has a substrate material which is best suited to the product and stand environment. We used tried-and-tested materials to give you the best product possible. This includes a single-layer, direct-to-media printed media for pop-up stands, and a thin yet robust and rollable material for banner stands. If you have any specific questions regarding the material for a stand you wish to order, we’ll be happy to answer them for you. We also use sustainable print media when and where possible.
As important as output and client satisfaction are to us, we also take environmental responsibility very seriously. In fact, our production technology is chosen based on its impact on the environment, and we use water-based, latex inks where possible. We are always on the look out for sustainable materials to use for our stand graphics where possible.
